Music Ministry Opportunity

FCUMC is offering a unique opportunity for students pursuing music education, choral conducting, sacred music, or ministry. We are currently seeking a Music Director Ministry Apprentice to lead and develop our traditional choir during the Fall 2025 season, with the possibility of extension. This part-time, unpaid apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a supportive, multi-generational worship setting. We have a place for you regardless of your background. Our mixed format of Praise and Worship and Traditional Worship features music you hear on Christian radio stations today, along with hymns that have stood the test of time. Our Global Latin Service is a cross-cultural service for our Latino families and community but English speakers will also find a home in this spirit-filled service.

Community-Focused Fellowship

At Fern Creek, we offer groups and activities for all ages providing opportunities for fellowship and ministry. These include: Children, Youth and Adult Ministry, United Methodist Men, United Women of Faith, Music Ministry, Quilters and Prayer Shawl Makers, Cardmakers, and Scouting.
